Because of the nature of the some of the types of material used (i.e. whalebone in most cases), at times some items may not be available. To be able to produce nice carvings, certain sizes and shapes and quality of bone are required, although there is a reasonable amount of bone available there is a limited amount of good quality material, the better quality it is the more expensive it is. In some cases we may just not get the material we need. We will take the orders for a carving and look for the materials if you wish  but we cannot guarantee the results.

A Net 30 day account; Is given with the understanding that it is an agreement to pay within 30 days of the invoice date, all accepted merchandise, including,any finance charge that may have accrued.

Late payments may be automatically dunned by the computer. with a finance charge of 1.5% monthly is added after 30 days.

Accounts must be current in order for us to process new orders. Late payment could mean a delay in future orders.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with items ordered and sent sight unseen. Please send them back freight collect with proper packing or you may also deduct the freight charges from the amount due if you are carrying a balance due. Items that are damaged when returned because of poor packing will not be credited.

Returns: The item or items needs to be dated by the carrier ( post office, shipping co. etc.) within ten working days from receipt of the merchandise. Returned items need be marked by the returning carrier within ten working days from the delivery date the item for it to be returned for credit. We do not trade out merchandise at the end of a season, so if you are unsure about an item please send it back.

Acceptance of the merchandise is acceptance of the terms and condition under which it is sold. To the extent under applicable law, the person or persons signing this agreement, agrees to pay any and all costs necessary including but not limited to any attorney fees, and or collection agency fees to enforce collection of indebtedness for merchandise accepted. Normal business records, invoices and shipping document will suffice as proof of delivery, signature on reciept of merchandise is not required as proof of delivery.
