Fax Orders 24 hrs 7 days a week:
Some of our customers still find the fax the most convenient way to order. Please include your email for confirmation.

Customers not on account:
Orders must be paid at the time of shipment.

Returned merchandise:
Merchandise broken in shipping. You may send back for credit to your account, or if prepaid, a refund by check within 24 hrs on receipt of the merchandise. Returned items must be dated by the carrier (post office, shipping co etc.) within ten working days from receipt of the merchandise. Please call for instructions. 907 854-9911

Shipping and Handling
Freight charges are FOB Eagle River, Alaska. Depending on your location and size of the order we will ship Priority Mail, Ground, FedX Ground or Air Freight collect unless another carrier is requested. Please see Goods and Services Contract for full details on shipping. The cost of shipping will reflect the cost of special crating if required for large items.

Make a note.
Our work calendar gets filled quickly. Many customers would like to have delivery at the same time. We do our best to accommodate this but as the calendar fills, the blocks of time left available becomes more restrictive and filling an order for a requested ship date may not be possible. If you like the large items, put in your request early, some materials are very limited and most are done in late Fall & Winter. They have always been sold out by the end of January.

New Items: one of a kind and larger pieces when availible can be veiwed online and Catalogs of line type items: can be downloaded as a PDF by clicking on New Items & Catolog's link and then selecting the catolog page.
